Wow! Time flies so fast! Couldn't believe that i've been away from my parents' home for a long time. I still remember my first few days here. Bing picked me up at the airport. Caloy was in Sepang watching the F1. Lousy ordered pizza for lunch. Yay! The next day bing, RD, Lousy and I went to ikea for shopping. Bing bought me a lamp. Caloy taught me how to do my laundry. I think I really improved as a person over the past 5 years. I've learned to be independent. I've travelled a lot. I met new friends and family. I'm really thankful that I moved here in Singapore - my new home. here are some snaps: my room when I first moved in: kami ni bing... terno pa damit! galing kay Annie! mga bagong housemates: my Citibank bestfriends:

Yes! it's our 10th anniversary! :) went out for dinner at Friday's (yes it's new here in SG) it's in Heeren Mall... I didn't expect it to be outdoor type. It was so damn hot... but it's almost night time... so it's fine... but i'm not used to eating outside... literally outside...but the food is good.. the caesar's salad is too sour than the ones in Manila... but the alfredo was yummy.. Then, we continued the celebration the next day at the Universal Studios in Resortsworld Sentosa :) We had a blast! I love it there! It doesn't look like I'm in Singapore... hehehe... The theme park is divided into parts: The Hollywood, Madagascar, Far Far Away, The Lost World, Ancient Egypt and New York.. I wanna go back when all the rides are open :) outside the theme park, there's Hershey's chocolate world and Garrett's gourmet popcorn... yum yum yum... we did some shopping... hehehe... but the highlight of the trip was Caloy's first wall cl...

The Eurotrip

I just felt that I should document our trip, while the memory is still fresh :P Sept. 25, 2008 at 1:00am - departed Changi terminal 3 via SQ. It was our first time to be in a super long flight... SQ is quite nice... we had 2 meals (Dinner and Breakfast) and some snacks... they gave us this overnight kit with socks, toothbrush and toothpaste... the TV has 570++ channels (i didn't have the chance to browse thru all the channels) around 6:00am, we arrived at the Zurich Airport.. it was small.. just ok... it was so cold :p hahaha... we didn't expect it to be that cold :p We met our driver, Indra from Czech Republic, and also the Indonesian family (the other group in the trip). around 7:00-8:00am, we went straight to the Rhine Falls... it's the biggest falls in Europe... it was freezing there.... hahaha... around lunch time, we arrived at the Black Forest in Germany and saw the cookoo clock thingy... lunch was good...we had German pork knuckles (just like our crispy pata) after ...

Bing's Parents' 40th

We helped in surprising Bing's parents yesterday... It was their 40th Wedding Anniversary!!! We can see that her parents were so happy and surprised... We were all wearing red (I wore maroon.. hahaha)... Bing was of course the mastermind... then she just listed down some tasks for us... and voila.. a surprise party :P It was held at Function Hall of Sunny Springs Condominium in Geylang... One of the highlights was when we forgot to bring a wine bottle opener.. hahaha... it's a good thing that a lot of Filipinos lived there... and Olive happens to know someone there (her college classmate Joan)... When we went to Joan's place, I was surprised to see my HS classmate, Clar.. she and Joan are housemates... small world 'ey? The photos are in Annie's and Bing's picasaweb album and in mine too... ;)
