been running out of ideas on what to have for dinner.. and Daisy taught me this simple salmon recipe. first step is to bake the salmon with only calamansi. Then set aside. Combine mayonaise, crushed/finely chopped garlic (or use garlic press), grated cheese, pepper and all purpose cream in a baking dish, put the salmon, then top it with the mixture. Then put the breadcrumbs. Bake in low heat for 15-20minutes. And a yummy dinner!!! I think you can also use butterfly prawns instead of salmon.. yum! paired this with steamed rice and buttered veggies..yummy!

Been unwell since wednesday. Friday was the worst. Yesterday I went out to have my monthly massage thing with Bhernz. It was awesome! Felt a little better after the steam bath and massage. Then I had to meet Caloy at tanah merah to get our Sundown marathon racepacks. Yes! Kasali ako! Kumusta naman. Hahaha. We had dinner at Tapa King. Yum! And then we saw the pirates movie. The movie was ok. Was laughing when I saw the mermaids flew/jumped out of water like flying fish. Hahaha. After that, did some grocery shopping then home. I slept for more than 9hrs. Hurray! Finally a good night sleep. When I wokeup this morning (or noontime) I was feeling better. Sore throat gone. Clogged nose gone. Just a few sniffles left. :) I'm super glad I was able to cook brunch - bistek tagalog... And dinner - pinoystyle spaghetti and chicken fingers. Sabi ni Caloy masarap naman. Di ko kasi malasahan. Hirap pala magluto pag walang sense of smell and taste. Great day. :) some said it was already the end of...

Caloy is really really busy with work, and I am sickie. Today is our 11th anniversary :) Yes! 11 years of friendship and love. Our anniv meal - McDonald's: he had quarterpounder with cheese and I had doublecheeseburger. Plus seaweed fries and cinnamon melts!!! Yummy!!! Love you Babe! Looking forward to 11 more years with you. Mwah!

I'm super tired of wearing glasses or contact lenses. Lots of people recommended Lasik. I read about it. Weighed in my options (and resources). I think I wanna try epi lasik. I have an assessment checkup on May 30th. Hope everything will be fine and I qualify for the surgery. Wish me luck! :)

There's a new mall opened at Serangoon MRT station. It's 8 stations away from Paya Lebar (where my work is). We decided to try the Shaw Premiere Cinema and booked the tickets for Fast 5. The cinema is so sossy! wah lau! reclining seats, with table, and kumot and butler - you can order food inside the theatre!!! She's been working her ass off since she got here. Linis galore at labadami labango! She even ironed our clothes for the next month :P hehehe So for her to stop working around the house, I took her to mani/pedi appointment at Grandeur Nails. I even gave her a hand/foot paraffin treatment. This is my mother's day gift to Momsie. Love you Nay! Thanks for everything :) iaapply ka na namin ni Caloy ng Long Term pass dito... hahaha

been working for 11 days straight now... lack of sleep and very very tired... my boss gave us a dayoff :) yey! I love having dayoffs on a Friday :) I wokeup with a smile on my face... I've planned my day wisely.. 1st stop: Body scrub and Massage at Body Contours. It's been 3 months since I last had a massage. 2nd stop: JYJY hairdressing salon to have a haircut, hairspa and haircolor.. it's been 7 months since I last went to a hair salon. 3rd stop: This was an accidental stop. Shopping!!! found really great bargains at Isetan! love love love shopping. Dresses are $10 each and blouses are $5!!! 4th stop: Dinner with honey... He was working from home, so we just met at the mall to have dinner :) 5th stop: Coffee and dessert... the movie won't start til 10:35pm, so we had dessert first 6th stop: Movie night - Source Code - enjoyed the movie with my honey :)
