ang baked salmon (Daisy's recipe)



been running out of ideas on what to have for dinner.. and Daisy taught me this simple salmon recipe.

first step is to bake the salmon with only calamansi. Then set aside.

Combine mayonaise, crushed/finely chopped garlic (or use garlic press), grated cheese, pepper and all purpose cream

in a baking dish, put the salmon, then top it with the mixture. Then put the breadcrumbs.

Bake in low heat for 15-20minutes.

And a yummy dinner!!!

I think you can also use butterfly prawns instead of salmon.. yum!

paired this with steamed rice and buttered veggies..yummy!
